2. Os valores das cotas do salário-família por filho ou equiparado de qualquer condição, até quatorze anos de idade, ou inválido de qualquer idade, passam a ser os seguintes: (I) R$29,43 para o segurado com remuneração mensal não superior a R$573,91; (II) R$20,74 para o segurado com remuneração mensal superior R$573,91 e igual ou inferior a R$862,60.
3. O auxílio-reclusão será devido aos dependentes do segurado cujo salário-de-contribuição seja igual ou inferior a R$862,60.
